Third strike been there twice and they were closed even when hours posted should have been open. Stopped in yesterday they were open. BUT they do not sell regular pretzels just twists and rivets. And the inventory was low. The twists and rivets were a doughy mess. I grew up in Philly eating pretzels and have been to other Philly Pretzel factories that are incredible. First time in their restaurant, both employees were very nice. It was raining outside and cold. We asked if we could stay in eat said sure no problem and I talk to this the whole time we were in there me and my friend got the nacho pretzels they were very good great service cleaning. This was top-notch and I could recommended anybody’s going there and will be back.
