There's something wrong in corporate America when we continue to get products that do not look like what's in the picture. Like every other Wendy's, I will do this review until somethings done about it. This is trained people are trained to fill these Frosty's believe me I asked him to put more on top like the picture he was really hesitant. I asked him if he was trying to sway. My wrap was far from fresh. Pretty sure it was pre-made and had sat because the wrap itself had hard edges and some of the chunks of chicken were hard! Not my first poor experience here.
