“I do not recommend this. The food was good but—-I feel it’s a poor business practice to not receive a copy of your bill till after you have already paid, so you can check it over for accuracy. They also are charging state sales tax on the 3% charge for using a credit card. Our waitress mistakenly charged us a 3% credit card fee when we paid with cash. When we brought this to her attention, she said it could not be corrected and we had to pay the 3% fee when we had paid with cash. Very unusual business practice!!!”

“Burgers and fries are so good. If you need a place to eat in town, definitely this is the place. It can be a little pricier than McDonald's (if you're looking for $1 menu food), but the food is so much better here and it is very filling. I can't say how the ice cream is cause I'm not a big ice cream person nor do I like root beer...it just isn't my thing. I only gave 4 stars because I wish this restaurant was available on the app to get coupons, look at the menu, and order. Even the restaurant in Zanesville isn't listed on the app. So if A&W could fix that, that would be great. I'd really like some online coupons!”

“I live in Columbus now but man does this place have the best Americanized Chinese Food I have ever had. None of the places I have been to since can even compare. The cooked food is always hot and cooked thoroughly when you pick it up. Wish I could find a similar place like Number One because I miss my hometown Chinese restaurant.”

“Nice little locally owned diner style restaurant, with pizza menu. We ordered a double cheese burger with fries and a BLT with onion rings. The onion rings were huge, and still very hot, honestly really good. The BLT was excellent and I would recommend it. My husband said his burger and fries were good to. Basically what you would expect from a small town place. They had a good menu selection with fair pricing. Restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and quick to get us what we needed. Love the added hand sanitizer on each table.”

“Always a nice dining experience when eating at On The Rocks. The portions are large and the prices are very reasonable. My favorite would have to be the Grilled Chicken Salad. The spaghetti and the fish are delicious with large portions enough to bring home. Would definitely recommend and the owners are very nice as well as the employees.”

“They made a mistake with my order during a busy time (single burgers instead of double) Cheryl the manager was very professional and took care of everything! Good management is hard to find these days, but nevertheless, the Woodsfield McDonald’s has found excellent management!

“We stopped last night about 7pm at the drive thru in Woodsfield, OH to order the 8 piece family meal. We were told they were out of some regular pieces, so we took crispy.I figured they were under staffed and over whelmed and that our meal would be far less than perfect live so many things in these Covid times.I was wrong. Everything was excellent and the chicken might have been the best we’ve ever had. Super job guys!”
