I would leave 0 stars if I could.
I was shocked by the way my 83-year-old grandmother and I were treated. The situation began when I politely expressed that my grandmother was uncomfortable being referred to loudly as “elderly” and later as an “elder” in front of other customers. Many older women find those terms insensitive or demeaning, and I simply wanted to communicate how she felt.
At no point did I complain about the food or the prices. In fact, I have been a customer here countless times, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
Rather than addressing the concern professionally, both the manager and the owner became confrontational. The owner came out, raised his voice in front of customers, got in my face, and ultimately threw us out of the restaurant. The encounter ended with him yelling profanity at me as I was leaving, in front of families and children.
What stood out most was the lack of professionalism. A calm customer expressing a concern should not be met with hostility, public humiliation, or aggressive behavior. Situations like this should be handled respectfully and privately, not by creating a scene in front of an entire restaurant.
I recorded the entire interaction on my phone, and the video supports every statement made in this review.
I expected better from a business I had supported many times in the past. The behavior displayed by both the manager and owner was emotional, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. Running a successful business requires maturity, respect, and the ability to handle customer concerns without resorting to insults and intimidation.
I would appreciate a sincere apology, although based on this experience, I am not optimistic that one will be provided.

First time here every place 2 eat. Need more room 4 customers 2 park
Great place to grab a slice and a coke for lunch. Only 5$. The take out chicken Parm was amazing. Haven't been for dinner but it looks cozy. Doesn't seem like it's fancy. Just good home cooked Itralian food. Oh and the service is great. Warm and welcoming not hurried. One day I will be down for dinner.
Relaxed, family friendly, absolutely delicious food

I love this place I wish that we would go more and I love their spaghetti and meatballs as well as their pizza. I mean that is what they are meant for. If you like pasta and pizza I greatly recommend that you go there to have a wonderful dinner, lunch, or breakfast.

The hosts were the absolute worst. The one with the glasses was unprofessional and it probably her first day. If it is who knows, but I was appalled at the behavior and conversations i overheard. I will not be returning.
