This is a nice local coffee shop. I don't live in the area but stopped in on my drive thru. The roasting happens right in front of you while you order. The selection of roasted coffee is varied and interesting. The Barista was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will go again.
I love specialty coffee and we were told about the shop from friends. We stopped and were overjoyed. Very kind barista (and a Bills fan). Pour over and espresso were wonderful. Subtle sweetness with wonderful berry flavor. I bought the Columbia Finca las Brisas Natural Gesha. Beautiful floral aroma and the fragrance continued throughout brewing and drinking. All of the drinks are delicious and I appreciate the selection of high-quality baked goods. The store is very small but charming, and the staff are knowledgeable and kind. Bagged coffee from smaller shops usually isn't my wife's thing, but she'll always pick one up from here due to the exceptional taste when brewed. We come here every time we're in the area.
