Taproot catering and Chef Michael Fiala are my go to place when I need delicious food! Not only do I love his food truck but I love his catering business as well, never disappoints! He catered our wedding and caters our events on our flower farm.

Taproot Catering helped us all the way through my father's funeral luncheon. The kindness, professionalism and polish were so greatly appreciated. On top of that, the food was stellar and the service was top notch! We had so many people compliment the food that was served. Thank you for making a very hard day just a little less difficult!!
