I do not think this is a bad Jimmy John's. The food is usually good. My issue is with delivery. They seem to mess up delivery a lot. Its like Russian Roulette when I order. Missing chips, completely forgotten drinks, an occasional messed up sandwich. Its discouraging, and sometimes I dont want to think its the employees but who knows anymore. One time they forgot my daughter's entire sandwich... and it was the first one on the receipt.
