I have enjoyed Jimmy John's subs for many years now and I will keep going back. They taste MUCH better than Subway, easier to order from than DiBellas, and because they have curbside pickup and drive-thru near me, I like them better than Penn Station subs. The only improvement I would like to recommend is more meat on the smaller subs...

Have always loved Jimmy John's subs!!! They are fair priced for their size, their are super quick and all freshly made. This location is always clean inside and I have only had an issue with their customer service 1 time!! My favorites are definitely the B.L.T and Vito sandwiches.

Absolutely the worst delivery service in Kent! This is the third time in two years that it has taken over 90 minutes to get a sandwich one mile away. Never again. Your advertising is literally freaky fast.

Do yourself a favor and don't order from here; it's overpriced, and they likely will mess up your order. I ordered a Beach Club, and the two signature ingredients – turkey and avocado – were missing when I opened my delivery. I called, and they said they would bring a replacement sandwich; however, it never came. I literally was left with a $9 sandwich of two slices bread and hardly anything for veggies. Take a drive to Jersey Mike's instead; it's worth it.
JJ’s is an average sandwich shop which typically stands out due to it’s ‘freaky fast delivery’. I have never received my order in less than 2 hours from this location. I would imagine most people order due to options being limited in Kent. If you’re looking for a better sub or faster delivery, you might as well order from Streetsboro. This location checks no boxes.

Ate in last week and although the staff was slow, the food was great. This week I ordered delivery and there is barely any tuna on it. No lie; it's like they scooped it on so fast and didn't even spread it. So dry and I ordered a giant and they sent 2 regulars. Delivery was over an hour.
