The restaurant is being built. It is currently a food truck in front of the building. Even so, if is obviously popular and for good reason. The brisket melts in your mouth. The sauce is interesting and tasty. It is not a heavy tomato sauce.

Stopped by here on our way past while visiting my daughter and son in law who live just a few miles from here. Wow. Fantastic Food. The Brisket was tender and great smoke flavor. Meatloaf was great and my wife’s pastrami sandwich was so tasty. 5 stars and we will be back!

I don't even know where to begin... Working out of a trailer and basically a huge portable BBQ unit, Joe's puts any high-dollar BBQ operation (and everyone else) to shame. From their awesome ribs to orgasmic brisket sammiches, they never disappoint. Consistent quality @ extremely reasonable prices allows them to sellout day after day. And once the restaurant is operational: look out! Brimfield Police will be voluntarily directing traffic in exchange for a place at the front of the line. ;-P Joe's Barbeque brings it! ... It doesn't get any better.

I’ve had a lot of meat (pause) and let me tell you somethin real quick. That brisket different, ribs smackin, pulled pork on point, burgs hit. I haven’t had the loaf yet but I will don’t worry. Lastly , that bbq sauce is damn near perfect 🫡. Keep feeding the community 💪🏾🤙🏾!!!
