My wife ordered an ice cream cone. The employee gave it to the wrong person. When the stranger returned the cone after touching it he passed it out to my wife without offering to make a new one. This is unhygienic and unprofessional.

The Dark chocolate peanut butter had zero peanut butter butter. The quart was melted ice cream with ice in it. Quality has gone down unfortunately way down. The price hasn’t tho! Not worth it at all.
They have the BEST dark chocolate peanut butter and the best bubblegum!! Absolute staples from my childhood that I still love getting to this day.

I'm sitting at Mitchell's Ice Cream in Cleveland. I brought my mom here and got her strawberry Ice cream. She hasn't stopped complaining that "Katie's Korner's strawberry is much better and has actual strawberries in it". Personally, Katie's and Mitchell's are my favorite two Ice cream shops. I'm never bringing my mom here again. Only to Katie's. She just rolled her eyes at me again and said "...but I look forward to the strawberries".

This place was disgusting. There was trash everywhere and the servers were so rude to myself and others. Poorly managed, never seemed to have an actual adult watching over these kids. Not to mention how I waited over 30 minutes for a small milkshake and I was the only customer there at that time.

Terribly overpriced for a small portion of ice cream.It seems like a bunch of foul mouthed kids running the place, theres never an adult to be seen anywhere. Its DQ for me all the way.
