“I’m a charter bus driver had some hours to spare . I seen this place in front of me read the reviews an was skeptical about it but decided to give it a try anyways ! The food is so fresh a chicken an eggroll is super crispy ! I got the lunch special huge portions ! So happy I gave it a try ! Wasn’t a fan on the rice wasn’t much flavor for me but everything else delicious ! I forgot my drink an called they allowed me to come back in an grab it ! “I ordered soup and a grilled cheese to be delivered tonight, which I don’t often do delivery but I woke up feeling under the weather, my husband is out of town, and my car is in the shop so I have no vehicle. When my order was delivered, every other thing was perfect except I was missing my soup, which unfortunately meant that I couldn’t really enjoy the grilled cheese or bread bowl I received.
I called the store, the manager was very kind and apologetic (I wish I remembered his name so I could thank him more personally.) He offered either a refund or to send someone to deliver the missing item. At almost 6 pm I still hadn’t eaten today and was really looking forward to my meal so I just asked if they’d be able to bring me the missing soup.
I want to personally shout out WILLOW, the employee who brought my soup. They were kind, timely, wished me luck on feeling better, and even followed up a few minutes later to ensure the soup was left at the correct door. I was really disappointed when I received my meal without my soup but the team really did everything to go above and beyond to make it right, even upgrading the size of my soup without me asking. I’d give a 10/5 star rating if I could. And give Willow a bonus or raise, they deserve it!!“
