The food is good, but the service is trash. I felt like I was bothering the staff just to give them business.
I ordered online for pickup and was told it would it would be ready by 745 pm, i walked in and the cook with the man bun, didn’t even acknowledge me, I said I have a pickup and he said, it’s going to be another 20 minutes. Last few times we have given our business to Steak Eez, we have been met with very poor service. Neither time were we acknowledged upon entering. We have to ask to be helped. Last time we ate in and the guy cooking was mad that we ordered. He was slamming things around, and was very upset by us placing an order, and It took forever to get our food.
