We were at the Brimfield location today at 5:00pm 11/16/23 to pick up a couple subs for dinner, we are local so go there once or twice a month- Tonight the girl behind the counter was working on another order ahead of us waiting in line and dropped an ingredient on the floor - she picked it up (with her gloves on) and put it in the garbage then continued to make the customers sub ahead of us with the same gloves on that just touched the floor and the garbage can :-O . We just walked out and will never be back.We love Subway, and just sad we just can never go there ever again

The two gentlemen did not look happy at all to be working. Very emotionless and just not the customer service type. Everyone has bad days though! The food was great! Prices are rising but that is everywhere!

Oh my gosh.... I've never received this kind of customer service ever before and especially at a Subway. My boyfriend and i came in today and Candice (Candace or Candyce maybe, sorry if I butchered her name!!) served us and she was seriously the sweetest woman ever !! She seemed to be the only one working the line (or working in general) yet it was kept clean and her customer service skills were amazing !! She went above and beyond to make sure our sandwiches were made correctly and neatly. I never do these reviews but this was the best customer service i’ve experienced in a while. Seriously blown away by her professionalism and treating us with respect which you don’t see in fast food nowadays. Seriously give this woman a raise !!

I live in Parma and the times that I have eaten here have not disappointed! The bread is perfect, the cookies are perfect, the workers are AMAZING! I have so many subways by me and I'm always disappointed. This one is hands down the greatest! Props to the person running the ship and all the crew that work so hard!Parking: Lots of parking directly infront of the store!
I guess we just hit him at the right time the right people over here working good conversation good food definitely needed it was the first stop from Indiana that we made for food

Picked up 12" Philly sub and 6" Tuna sub and extremely disappointed to have no meat on half of the Philly and the other half not enough meat to even see it let alone taste it. To pay $11 for a sub with little to no meat is ridiculous. I'll be going to Jersey Subs up the street. I'm done with this store as most times something is wrong with sub when you call it in or order on line. Easy to do things like this.
