“The fries were hot and crispy. I was handed my frosties without spoons before the fries were given to me. The frosties started melting while waiting for the fries to be done. When I was handed the bag with fries, I asked if there were spoons in the bag, and the person seemed annoyed that I asked them about it.“

“let me give you some context. I’m a college student, Kent State to be exact. I’m currently a sophomore in college, and let me tell you. Every-time time I’ve ordered food from here whether it be via DoorDash, dining in or going to the drive-through. The experience is 10 out of 10. Despite what a lot of these reviews say I have not had a negative experience here. In fact the workers genuinely care about their job. there are days where I go out of my way to come to this fast food joint even if the roads are busy and the drive-through line is long, these workers care and I’ve never had a problem with my food. Do not let the negative reviews fool you“
