Wendy's in Akron

“the workers are disgusting people dirty and ghetto. Half the workers do not have their hair up or do not care to clean their hands after touching themselves or others. I am only giving 5 stars so people can actually see this. Do not order food here unless you want your food to be messed up or made by someone who scratches their private parts and goes right back to work ive ordered food from here a few times and have witnessed people pulling out hair from the ice chest and workers scratching their private parts without gloves on and getting right back to making food. The staff are either dirty or on their phones and disrespectful the wait sometimes is pathetic, workers get yelled at for no reason sometimes or workers get singled out. Even mangers are the exact way even yelling at customers. They all have no work ethic and respect. This wendy’s team is utterly pathetic and dirty. No one should be eating here. And they do have rats outside and sometimes inside. The way you treat your employees and customers should never be by race or anything. A manager and employee all need to respect every person. A food establishment shouldnt be ran the way its being ran A food establishment should be held to basic standards of hygiene, professionalism, and respect. If what I witnessed is happening on the daily, corporate needs to take it seriously and fix it immediately. People should not have to wonder whether the person preparing their food washed their hands or maintained basic hygiene.
Customers should not have to deal with disrespect, and employees should not be treated that way either.

This location seriously needs to clean up its act-literally and figuratively. I would not recommend eating here based on what I personally witnessed and many other people i know.
Corporate needs to actually get involved immediately.“

“Last night on 8-28-26 I went for a salad. I asked for no cranberries and at first the young lady said that they were already premade, and then immediately stopped and said my manager said no problem at all she will make a fresh one. I didn’t even have to ask twice. I was willing to just accept that they were premade, but they jumped on had the most delicious salad made also I was taking dinner to a friend whose husband was in the hospital and the Norton Wendy’s told me they had no baked potatoes so I drove all the way to this one and called ahead of time and the young man had said no problem whatsoever even if we didn’t have one we would make one up right away ma’am! Sure enough when I got there they have one and it was the best according to my friend! All my experiences with this Wendy’s have been great! Highly recommend!“

“I love frostys. Usually stop in for when when it's hot. I also like the biggie bags I think it's a good deal. Only problem with Wendy's is their buns always seem so dry and kind of stale. Idk if they come from corporate that way or if it's how they store them but all locations seem to be that way at all locations.“

“The wait in the driveway thru was long so I'll assume they were working short ... But that's not even an issue . To the red head girl and nice guy that were working the drive thru on Arlington Road about 1245 on 2/26/25... You guys are AWESOME!! They were both super nice and the food was the freshest hottest fast food I've had in years!!! Keep up the good work“

“Burger was thrown together, had to put it together to eat it. Not appealing at all. Fries were good but some in bottom of bag. Ordered small burger with nothing on it and got everything on it. It was suppose to be for dog. Was missing one extra burger, which I paid for,but part my fault for not looking. Was a bad day for them and me. It was to far to go back. Having said that, I have been there and recieved better food, better prep and faster .“
