“We just went to wendys and went through the drive thru. Dan was so delightful to have as we navigated out complicated order. He was professional, and funny. He had us laughing and got our order correct. He didn't make us feel rushed or that our order was a pain in the butt. His customer service is what a manager should want from their employees. “let me give you some context. I’m a college student, Kent State to be exact. I’m currently a sophomore in college, and let me tell you. Every-time time I’ve ordered food from here whether it be via DoorDash, dining in or going to the drive-through. The experience is 10 out of 10. Despite what a lot of these reviews say I have not had a negative experience here. In fact the workers genuinely care about their job. there are days where I go out of my way to come to this fast food joint even if the roads are busy and the drive-through line is long, these workers care and I’ve never had a problem with my food. Do not let the negative reviews fool you“
