“Me and my weekly lunch bunch of 6 ladies have this place in our regular rotation. The clam chowder is perfection with tender, not chewy, clams. Paired it with Boom Boom shrimp for the tastiest lunch. Just sorry it took me so long to try this place.“

“Server was absolutely amazing after we finally got her, one person took our drink order, and another checked to see if we had been talked to yet. Server came around, everything after that was good. We did get our app before the beer (which it happens, not mad). Server went above and beyond to make sure everything else was good for us. Wish I would have caught her name (but I am the worst with that stuff). It was super loud in there, which was the biggest downfall in atmosphere, and it was maybe a third full.“

“We held my daughter’s bridal shower at Joui Wine. Who doesn’t like wine and charcuterie? The staff were amazing and helped make the shower special. The charcuterie was beautiful and delicious. My daughter and I plan to be back to enjoy the beautiful space and awesome wine!“

“There is no food here. Which is fine. Monday night is the best night to come here. Free mini 🎳 but if you come on a Monday night keep in mind they start shutting down around 11 so come a little earlier. But all the workers are friendly and its probably the funnest place in dayton. The mini bowling is a blast if its cold outside they have a couple fire pits with chairs around. They have oversized beer pong and a nice adult sized slide. They have a huge Jenga set. Plenty of pinball machines and im assuming on the weekend when they are busier they even have a second floor with a bar up there“

“The Hidden Gem Music Club is in fact a Hidden Gem 😍 with Live Music Ervery Weekend, ranging from Jazz, Soul,Funk and Blues to Jam Bands and everything in between. With a top notch bar staff and kitchen, this place is perfect to hear some music, get a pint and make a friend.“

“To take Century Bar from the top class whiskey bar, that didn't cut corners, that has genuinely put in thought to their menu, used fresh ingredients, and the swanky atmosphere... to this? Absolute travesty and it's a slap in the face to everyone that has owned or valued this bar for what it was. A part of Dayton history. The favorite old fashioned is made with syrup now and no longer sugar cubes. The favored whiskey sour? no longer made with egg whites and knock off cherries. So very sad to see another great piece of what makes Dayton unique, squandered to this piece of crap. You should be disappointed.“

“I'm not a huge bar person generally but I know Yellow Cab hosts a ton of events for charities I support and lots of more unique events. We went to give it a try for charity bingo last night and had a great time and even stayed for karaoke after. The bartenders were lovely, drinks were delicious and potent, the crowd was pleasant and welcoming. Just really good vibes all around. And we already love the Pizza Bandit. Yellow Cab is a gem and we will be back!!“

“My husband and I went for lunch today for the first time after seeing a local food bloggers video. The food was phenomenal!!! We had the Ruben poppers, I had the mushroom burger, and he had the cowboy burger. I can honestly say this was the best food we've had at a restaurant in a long time. “Just stopped in for a couple beers (no draft here) while on vacation. Chill spot to have a drink or two. Don't think they have any food options, I didn't ask. Would be 5 stars but one drunk guy at the bar seemed like he was a regular and if given another drink or two and he may have ended up in an altercation. But hell, I'd watch the fight and cheers them both afterwards and buy them a beer for the show. Most people there kept to themselves. Oh, and they have darts and music.“

“They have a drive through service for pop chips alcoholic beverages, you can play the lottery buy lottery tickets , of course if you smoke they have all that the attendants who wait on you are all so kind. On their inside, the selection of bourbon, specialty beers are like none other. The food on the inside, 😋 they have specials plus the staples, what ever you get it will be good. So the only negative,, I wish they would open more than they do weekly .

“I have been coming to this place for many years. I know the owner personally he's a great person kind generous, honest the servers are honest and kind. Very helpful you're safe. If you're worried about that side of town, the doors are locked. You have to have a card to get in or out. they do lots of functions whether it's Christmas birthdays Fourth of July or someone like me or my husband is fighting late stage cancer fundraisers. I couldn't think of a better place to go have a cocktail sit down and maybe make a new friend have sure made a lot of new friends there and it's a great place to run into people you haven't seen in a long time. I love that bar the people the owner top-of-the-line.“

“So the past few times I've went there every bartender was great until tonight I encountered Jenn who was horrible. She was doing shots all night and every time we needed a drink we had to wait forever and it wasn't that busy and she had to keep asking the order back two and three times again. I don't know if she was drunk or high or what but couldn't get it together. Besides that some other overserved customers came in and started screaming about their phone while me and my friend where there enjoying our time and she got in my face and threw my friends phone in the trash and snached our drinks from us. Being a bartender myself she was totally out of line and a I gave her grave at first but after that makes me second guess coming back if she's there.“
