The food was pretty good, but what really stood out was the service. We had a party of 11: 4 adults, 3 teens, & 4 kids under age 8. Kelsey was fantastic with accommodating special orders as well as some sensory needs. And she was very understanding of the kids and their needs/likes in general.
Ordered the Bacon Cheese Curd burger & added another patty. $2.25 for one patty.
Got it - all three pattys where shredded like they went thru a grinder.
Server took it back - waited 19 minutes on a remake - don’t poor quality call for a rush?
Burger brought back SEVERELY charred/ burnt!! Why?
