The food was pretty good, but what really stood out was the service. We had a party of 11: 4 adults, 3 teens, & 4 kids under age 8. Kelsey was fantastic with accommodating special orders as well as some sensory needs. And she was very understanding of the kids and their needs/likes in general.

Showed up after lunch rush. Service was no where to be seen. Finally, a manager saw me and quickly walked up to the counter. That's when they realized their printer hadn't printed the tickets. They weren't busy but it still took longer than the ticket said. Food was hot. Fries were not crispy as requested. Only a couple veggies. Overall good food. Service needs work.

We are frequent flyers for the fairmont games during football season. I've been to many BDubs but this one is the best by far. The servers are great & food is always on point.
