Yeahhhh I doubt I will ever go to this location again, or donatos in general, unless MAYBE the current manager is fired ? I have never had such a bad customer experience with any place like I did last week here.I placed an order online to do “pay at pick up” and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up 20 min later and they said their credit card machines were down for the last hour and could do cash only. (Keep in mind if it had been down that long.. they could have called to tell me this, but they didn’t). I told them I didn’t have cash and they said well too bad you can’t have your pizza. And that I’d have to go to my nearest bank. I told them my bank wasn’t nearby and that wasn’t my problem. I asked if there was anything they could do for me such as a coupon off my next order or give me my pizza complimentary as they were just going to throw it in the trash and I am a long time rewards member. They laughed and asked if I genuinely thought they would give away a free pizza to me and said no. I told them that I literally lost money by using gas to pick it up and then going home with no dinner. I told them to enjoy my pizza.To make matters worse.. I filed a complaint online and they called back (it appeared to be the same manager) to be condescending in saying “Hi! Yeah we just wanted to call to tell you that we ignored your request because yeah we won’t be giving you anything and we weren’t rude to you, so ?” I hung up and didn’t even let them finish. Straight up called me just to bully me and rub in my face they didn’t care and would not do a thing. How’s that for customer service?Luckily their corporate office was very friendly and helpful. If they could have been as nice or helpful as their corporate office.. the situation could have been much better. Note to self.. don’t file a complaint through the app because it just goes back to the store you had a problem with in the first place.. lol.Also to note.. I am baffled they have absolutely no backup plan for when their technology fails except to beat down on customers lol. What a joke.

Excellent pizza. We got the supreme. It was cut into rectangles, making it great driving food. We ended up eating our fill on the ride home.Ingredients were good portion. Only negative was the dough was slightly undercooked.

I ordered online and was told time for pickup per usual. I show up and overheard two workers right on the other side of counter saying I don't like having to go back and forth from making pizzas to the front to check people out. I stood there for a few minutes in shock thinking maybe they are just venting. NOPE, I sat down and waited about 5 minutes easy until another very sweet and apologetic young lady helped me. I asked her after she was very sweet of she had to share her tips and felt horrible that she said yes she did. I tipped her more than my order! I got home to my family to eat and got a different size pizza then I had ordered. I order two large...not sure what the cheese pizza size was but it wasn't the same as the pepperoni. Very disappointed in the overall experience except for the pleasant young lady. Just of the store cares order was 9/27 pick up time was supposed to be 8:31pm
