I actually haven't gotten my replacement order yet because i literally just called but I'm still going to leave the review, I ordered doordash for this location because my delivery location was closed today, and I got quite a bit of my order wrong so I called to complain, and the supervisor is bringing the stuff out that they got wrong and bringing it to us even though we are not in their delivery zone so that's pretty awesome of them and I need to mention it. he actually was...read full review
We order from here all the time. They will occasionally forget something small

I was out getting things from the Store and decided not to cook for the evening and called in a Order at The Donatos Pizza on Farhills in Kettering. They gave Me a pacific time that my order would be ready and when I got there it was ready. But what really got Me was it's been years since I last brought Pizza from Donatos Pizza and there was no disappointment. Everything was still the same if not better.

Donatos Pizza is a welcoming spot for gluten-free customers, with accommodating staff and a manager who ensures pizzas are prepared to meet dietary needs. The pizza itself is excellent, with generous portions of ingredients, although the dough can be slightly undercooked at times. Online ordering is available, but be prepared for a possible delay in service, as some staff members may need to multitask. Despite the occasional issue, the pleasant staff, including one particularly sweet and apologetic young lady, make up for any mishaps.
