I am gluten free and have celiac disease and there are always very helpful and accommodating! The manager always goes out of their way to make sure my pizza is properly done. They are always very kind and understanding!

Excellent pizza. We got the supreme. It was cut into rectangles, making it great driving food. We ended up eating our fill on the ride home.Ingredients were good portion. Only negative was the dough was slightly undercooked.

I've had Donatos once before....at a store in Mason Ohio & it was cooked to perfection (chef's kiss) I also ordered it online for pickup. I did the same for the location in Kettering (far hills) and even though it was ready when promised....I thought it was slightly overcooked. I could see burnt edges. I also had to do a dbl take when I opened the boxes as it lookes like pieces were missing but I think they just didn't...
