My wife and I randomly chose to eat here for our date night and we're so happy we did. The food was so good! The staff were so friendly to us. We even got to meet the owner and hear his story of his family opening Italian restaurants, beginning with his dad immigrating to the states years ago.

I went in for lunch to see if the food had improved since the last time I had it a few months ago. The food was a bit better than last time, but the quality is still not what it was under previous ownership. One of the staff had their visibly dirty phone sitting on the make line.. Will not be going back because I'm sure there are many more health code violations that aren't as visible..

Wow. Im really impressed! The only thing I'd change is the employees could work on smiling more. 😃 but they are kind and the food was clean fresh hot and better than any hothead visit I've ever had! This is a good place to hit the spot for a pregnancy craving!!

Was there a few weeks ago at this location and bought a small bowl as usual. Usually it costs around $8. The little girl here told me it was an upcharge to get extra spicy sauce and that every location was going this now. It cost me over $12, more than a large! I have been to 3 other locations since, and not a single place charged me anything for an extra scoop of spicy sauce. She sound be fired.

Seemed to not be very clean. I watched a guy take meat out of a customers taco and put it back into the meat tray. Very weird behavior. Everyone’s hair was on top of their head instead of pulled back and it made it seem unhygienic. I would much rather go to chipotle where the food is much more fresh and clean.

food is good but how come the manager lady is always talking on her phone in the back when i come in here? she’s leaves the 1 person out in the front to do it all while she makes seemingly personal calls.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hot head.The lady that was serving us was super skimpy on everything. Even the lettuce!!I would say a little more on everything, but she just looked at me. Then she didn't give us forks.I will never come back.
