I was welcomed in, ordered in a timely fashion, was offered upsells on my Bowl which I declined. More meat for $4.00. They should have given a decent amount of meat in the first place. A extremely small portion of Barbacoa. They weighed the cheese for the exact amount. The seating/dining area was clean and comfortable. The food tasted great. Just need to be less conservative with the portion of meat provided.
Hothead on Stroop always takes care of their customers. I am always happy with the friendly service. Today, I made an online order and could not pick it up because my car battery died. They worked with me so that I didn’t lose my order. Issa was especially helpful, making me feel much better during a stressful situation!
