Another customer has been going to this KFC on and off for 40 years, and has noticed an improvement in the quality and freshness of the food recently. They are happy to be a regular customer again. The parking is also described as easy. On a separate occasion, a customer went through the drive-thru and found the staff to be busy but kind and generous, even when informing the customer that the chicken would take 15 minutes. The customer was able to wait in the lobby and was grateful for the fresh chicken and the staff's patience.
