customer service is terrible at this location.
Had an issue with a mobile order and the manager working was rude and condescending. When I tried to tell her I didn’t appreciate the way she was talking to me she told me she didn’t care and she was too busy to deal with me.
Whoever keeps overcooking the burger patties should be fired. THIS IS THE 15TH+ TIME I received a burger that has a dry and overcooked patty. It’s disgusting. I can’t enjoy burnt food at all. This is not how burgers are cooked. It tastes awful. No wonder why the reviews are bad here. I love McDonald’s, but hate this particular location.
