Was sad to see that the outside lights were turned off, couldn’t tell they were open, Zachariah was unhappy to hear this as well because there was 12 patrons in store. After this experience I was saddened to think People in Kettering may not even know how good their experience could be at Applebees.
I will be returning hopefully to be Served by Zachariah.“

“Ordered online and someone else took our food, that sucks but happens, the staff was super respectful and worked to make it right; my daughter got a lemonade and cake slice on the house, plus great hot and fresh food. Even in recovery mode they did great“

Kitchen was not at capacity or extremely busy. Assistant Manager falsely claimed to be the Manager and was unwilling to offer any compensation for the wait. A.M stated 45min is standard wait and insinuated I was trying to get a discount on bar tab because I waited until the bill came out. A.M falsely claimed I was the only table that had complained about the wait. Waitress clearly indicated a table near me also complained and received a free appetizer as I was requesting to speak to the manager. The unwillingness to make minor compensations or take accountability is the reason another dollar will never be spent again at T.P. Waitress was tipped fairly at 20%.“

“Tried Old Dayton Pizza for the first time today and it was AMAZING! You can tell the ingredients are fresh. The margarita pizza and pepperoni pizza were 10/10. Beth the bartender was extremely friendly and informative (and great drinks). We’ve been looking for a pizza to compare to Western New York and this is it. As a Dayton girl, it’s a sad day to say this beats Marion’s. But SO good.“

“This is a laid back establishment. Cold beer and friendly staff. Honestly has a 'Cheers' feel to it. They make their own pizza's to order with about 4 ingredients available. They also have soft pretzels with cheese. I have been going to there for several years. During the week there are darts and people who come in after work to enjoy cocktails. They have a lot of steel dart boards, a soft tip board where you can 'play' against other bars via video and a pool table. On the weekends they have bands. I've seen many great musicians there!“

“I'm a life long Dayton resident and used to love Elsa's. I wish now the Sheetz was going in. The quality of food has gone so far downhill this was my last trip to Elsas. Tonight the refried beans were dry and totally inedible. I mean beans hit with a masher and nothing else. No flavoring. No seasoning. BLAND Nachos had no salsa or sauce of any kind. Chicken, cheese, and dry beans. Chicken had no flavoring, no seasoning. Plain chicken. It was awful. And happy hour? What a joke. .70 cents off drink prices? I'd rather spend my money at Taco Bell.“

“Ate here after a long stressful day, we had a great meal. Husband got the pork tenderloin sandwich which looked hand breaded. I got the burger which was cooked perfectly and chargrilled, so not greasy. The spicy fries were hot and crispy. He got the mini corn dogs which looked hand breaded also. Service was great, but what stood out the most was the kitchen staff. We sat in the middle section by the kitchen. The guys doing the cooking in the were dancing, and having a good time. It showed in the quality of our food. Happy employees equal good food. We’ll be back!“

“I have been going to Packys for over 13 years and the service is welcoming and food is always delicious. If something is not right they will go above and beyond to make it right. If you go for breakfast or lunch your server maybe Vicky or her sister whom treat you like family. The evening staff had an AMAZING bartender named Van who was quick witted and quick to get those drinks out when they were busy and under staffed . I wish she was still there as our recent visit we felt like we were a major inconvenience to the new bar tender. We will still go no matter what because Packys has a long standing special place for my family when my husband is on orders it has always been a consistent place for us to visit and feel at home ! “Took my wife and 10 year old son here on a whim for her 39th birthday. All I can say is that it was a 10/10 from top to bottom. Fast friendly service and it was not slow in there. The food was piping hot and delicious. We all 3 loved what we ordered. The manager/owner was passing out packs of football cards to the kids. There's tons of sports memorabilia and Tvs everywhere. It was a great atmosphere to watch the Buckeyes game. We'll definitely be back.“

“The atmosphere is what you'd expect in a busy college area. Service was good. The food was fresh and the quantity for the money was fair. I got their CSP sandwich and so did my elderly friend. I was thinking, but he brought it up first how bland the thing was. We both ordered no tomatoes, so there was that, but a pickle, banana peppers, or even a splash of vinegar would go a long way to improving that sandwich. Then there was the puddle of oil in the bottom of the basket. You can imagine how that worked out.“
