“We held our daughter's wedding in the hall and reception in The Vault. Appetizers, bar, food and cake........ AMAZING. We could not have asked for better food and service from Victor and his people! He worked with us on our every request, and everything was perfect. We have received MANY compliments from guests on the food and the venue. I highly recommend seeing Victor for any event you need catered.”

“I definitly recommend eating here! Fresh cooked and hot food that's quick and filling. I brought my grand daughter with me and she had the kids meal. She also got an ice cream cone for $2 which made her day. I had the carrot cake which was wonderful and I took a piece of pecan pie home for my husband.”

Kid-friendliness: There are all kinds of different ice cream and Popsicles to choose from. There are plenty of snacks as well. Some healthy and some not so healthy.

Wheelchair accessibility: They do not have carts available. A wheelchair wouldn't have any issues, though, going through the isles and checkout”

“Definitely worth the drive over. Ample toppings, cheese, and sauce, and a nice, soft crust. They also have a generous delivery range and will bring it to you basically in the middle of nowhere. (Don't forget to give the driver a nice tip for coming all that way.) The few people who gave negative reviews must have caught them on an off day and/or not called them back. Most, if not all restaurants will replace an order if you speak up about it. They want you to come back and spend more money.”

“This was my first experience with Mike's since moving to Upper Sandusky. The place was absolutely packed and there were so many people running around the kitchen and drive through area I wad impressed with how quickly they operated as a team and still able to talk and laugh a little. I took 5 kids and everybody got something different and ALL of it was absolutely amazing. Great food, very good timely service and the only point I took off was due to the parking situation when the line wraps around the block.”

“It used to be a happening place, standing room only, but the owner has let the place go. A couple of pool tables and electric dartboard machines, and if the place gets more than a dozen people, they might turn on the main dance floor music instead of the jukebox. What a shame. The place has so much potential.”

The 2 employees appeared to be put out that I requested help. There was only one customer there besides me. They told me I would need to go online to order. I left, disappointed that there was NO customer service. I drove across town and got immediate, courteous service/assistance from that store.”

“2/11/25 Arrived at 6:30 for supper. Was greeted with a smile immediately. All the staff was very friendly and I honestly felt welcome. My food was very fresh and was perfect! Inconsistent table service, with orders often being bagged and left at the to-go counter, can be frustrating. Additionally, the tea is sometimes expired, and fries can occasionally be served beyond their ideal freshness. Despite these shortcomings, this McDonald's remains a convenient option for a quick meal. However, it would be great to see more attention paid to service standards and product freshness to enhance the overall customer experience.”
