Buckeye at The Lake Reviews
I am writing this review as I am waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready at 6:54 it is now 7:59. They have told me 3 times it will be 20 minutes. Absolutely horrible service, go anywhere but here.
Side note, there is only 3 tables with people sat at them and they are not busy. Horrible service and I will never come back after this.
Seriously 1st OSU game of season & you’re out of Coors Light!!! Won’t be back
First time trying Buckeye At The Lake while staying at Indian Lake State Park, and it did not disappoint! The pizza was hands down one of the best we’ve ever had, and the wings, fries, and salad were just as amazing. 10/10 recommend! The food is fantastic, but the customer service is what really sets them apart. The staff truly care about their kitchen team and it shows. We’ll definitely be back every time we’re at the lake!

Buckeye at The Lake offers good pizza, though delivery service can be inconsistent, and orders may sometimes be incomplete. The restaurant is known for its community support and delicious food, with a casual atmosphere. While the service can be mediocre, customers have noted that the staff truly care about their kitchen team, which enhances the dining experience. The Sunday special is a popular and affordable option. Recently, customers have enjoyed a variety of meals, including the Meat Lovers pizza, Big Mac pizza, pickle chips, and garlic parm boneless wings. Many have found the pizza to be fantastic, with hearty portions that leave plenty of leftovers. Some customers have expressed a wish for smaller sizes to take more home. The calzone is also well-liked, being a deluxe pizza wrapped up, with preferences varying on marinara sauce. However, there have been issues with long wait times for subs, sometimes exceeding an hour and a half, which has frustrated customers and affected the restaurant's reputation. Despite these challenges, Buckeye at The Lake remains a community favorite for its good food and welcoming vibe.
