I visited this restaurant with a friend after driving more than two hours to Cleveland and arriving around 7 PM. The restaurant was not busy, but we waited over 30 minutes without anyone taking our order or even offering us water. Meanwhile, a party that arrived after us was served much more quickly.
The lack of attention and communication was very disappointing, especially after a long drive when we were already hungry. I hope management looks into the service process so other customers do not have a similar experience.
Service was slow. We sat for quite a while before the server came to the table.
Food was delicious but not generous portions for the price.
Bad food solt alot
I love this restaurant and how cozy it feels. I love a variety of items on the menu, but my go-to item on the menu is the Fattoush with Chicken.
The service and atmosphere was good but the the food on Carnigie is 100 percent better. I ORDERED chicken swarma and the i ingredients were much different. They were nice though but food was subpar. Omg even the baklava is not good. This cannot be the same allies as Carnegie. This is not the same.

Stopped in for a quick carryout order. Placed an order with the host for hummus with some fresh vegetables just for a snack. It was quick and friendly service. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the pita with the hummus but everything else was fantastic. We would definitely go back and try a dining in experience.
