“This is my go to for Asian Cuisine. My usual order is the Hunan Chicken extra extra spicey. It is always perfectly seasoned and cooked very nicely. The wait staff, the owners, even the cooks so friendly. You know its why i will always come to Panda WOk. I have never had a bad experience in any way. Compliments all around to everyone involved. I definately recommend this for any occassion. Thanks for aways being attentive, friendly, polite and really courteous. Such a pleasant experience each and every time.“

“This has to be the best Chinese food I've ever eat bar none. The food is hot fresh flavorful and when you ask for the general tso's to be really hot be really careful it's good but hot then you get a big bag of shrimp chips for $2.95 you can't beat that. I'm definitely going back again“

“I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“

“Stopped here after visiting A Christmas Story House, and we were not disappointed! The food was excellent and great portion sizes. The poke bowls, ramen bowl, wonton soup, and house brew fruity teas were the best we have ever had. We will definitely stop here again when we are in town.“

“The taste of the food itself is very good! With that said, the other reviews are correct that portions of some of the items can be a bit small and appear to be more for a garnish than taste
Also, went there like 3 hours before close and they were out of the salmon already with no intention of making more...
As a side note, if you eat here, be careful eating at the table to the right of the door when you walk in. When the sets of doors open, it creates a wind tunnel that hits that table“

The swinging benches across the street are a perfect place to sit and eat your divine tastes of FAT CAT’s … I had the salmon burger and Brussels sprouts and a Purple haze cocktail at the bar. Bridget Morehouse is an absolute rockstar and made my job WAY easier than it typically would be. I recently collaborated with her on a wedding at Forest City Brewing, and she knocked it out of the park.
Bridget was on it from start to finish—quick responses, creative ideas, and the ability to handle wedding-day madness like a seasoned pro. She made everything smoother, easier, and even more fun. “I ordered the medium box deal and 2 chicken teriyaki dinners, with extra chicken. I only received 2 out of three items. I have the receipt proving I paid for 3 meals and the store - Brandon wouldn’t make it right. He basically said “oh well”, he trusted his employees, I get that but they are human and make mistakes. Do better next time Brandon, do better!!“
