“I really like getting their pizza with the ranch crust, it's something that I order occasionally and look forward to. But when I called in a delivery the past two times I've gotten someone who may not have the best grasp on the English language, both times I ordered I asked for ranch crust and they did not put it on. I'm not sure if they're outsourcing to a call center or what but it's disappointing and I'm not going to try to get another pizza or whatever seems like a waste of time for the delivery person. Delivery guy was very good though and pizza tasted good without the ranch crust but I just didn't get what I ordered.“
