I haven't been there for two weeks I went this morn for pancakes. So sorry but they are closed a recent fire not sure but my guess it probley started in the kitchen. Lots of smoke lingering in the outside area. I hope when they refurbish they get an adult toliet Remodeling the whole place would be smart and profitable. It was a lakewood staple . I loved going there. after the bars closed. My friend Tony used to go there from Murray Hill because it was opened 24 hours at that time.Now most places especially greek owned restaurants close at 3pm . Sucks I want dinner or late snack .

Terrible food and customer service. I live nearby and now I know why there are never any cars in the parking lot. I will never eat there again.

I wanted so badly to like this place. I really did. Our server was super nice, but the only truly nice thing I could say.

My boyfriend got the corned beef and hash and wasted almost the entire plate. My turkey club was fine, but it’s pretty hard to mess up a deli sandwich.

But the weirdest part was after we paid. An older woman, not our server, stood looming over us waiting for us to write in the tips. It’s was weird and super uncomfy.

Pretty sure we heard banjos in our hurry to exit.

I ordered the big breakfast. They wouldn’t let me have one pancake and one French toast
It has to be two of each
The syrup they use is in the packets, and those are nasty, which makes the food taste even worse
I was out of my drink halfway through my meal and then when she brings me the check, then she asks me if I want to refill
It would’ve been great if I had it earlier
Maybe my expectations are higher because I’m from Vegas

The woman who owns this place is not a good person. The place advertised new owners so I thought I would go back after boycotting for 6 years. The food is fine, but this terrible person exploits the unfortunate people who are down enough on their luck to work there. She makes them pay her cash out of their own pockets for simple mistakes (like burning toast or breaking a dish) It's truly awful. Anyways, I got an over priced low quality breakfast to go and she insults me while cashing me out. If you do go, tip heavy and in cash. Those poor workers need help and some kindness.

Came super late night after work because another place was way too busy. Food was hot and fresh but could’ve benefitted with some seasoning. Food was also reasonable priced, I got an appetizer and an entree for about 25 bucks. Service was a little slow/absent, restaurant was pretty dead and was clean

I just figured out Why this restaurant is suddenly dead after 10 years of being busy… The current management and staff is absolutely incompetent with horrible customer service!
I drove 15 minutes there and back to buy 3 Very expensive large breakfast only to find out they didn’t even check the bag and miss several things, including all of the toast… Only thing restaurant was Willing to do is let me drive all the way back there and get new toast to drive back home and eat my breakfast freezing cold with my family
They would not Even fix their mistake and remake their breakfast to give me what I paid for… Manager was absolutely horrible
To be clear I have 10 years experience managing Restaurants… this type of treatment of a customer would be unthinkable to me

To expensive service was great food was good but too expensive!

The chicken noodle soup is absolutely the gold standard. The senior large menu makes it easy because the full menu is so extensive that it is difficult to make a choice.
