Donatos never misses! The pizza is always very good—crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and just the right amount of toppings. Consistently great quality. One of my go-to spots for pizza!

Ordered online pick up big don Italian & cheese bread - mid @ best the bread for the sandwich was extremely hard had to go to the grocery store & buy fresh sub bread ..basically I went home & hooked the sandwich up to my desire …I was not impressed went to dominos to get the real cheesy bread … I will not return & the guy that gave me my food seemed lazy & uninterested asked for mayo stated they don’t carry mayo - very odd for a restaurant but okay 🤔🤔🤔

Came after pickup time plus tip, still got the wrong pizza (x2 time/row). Had to wait which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. Then remake was burnt w/cheese on top of pepp. Seriously, come on, it was like 3 ingredients (dough cheese pepp, no sauce)... how'd you mess it up? Won't be coming back.

Over the weekend we placed an order and when we picked up did not notice they forgot or drinks and a salad. Over $70 dollars in food. Called the facility and they did not provide much help to get a refund. Call back and speak with manager. No response from management and will not be ordering from this establishment again.

I called in an order, which was a pain in the @ss to start with. I ordered a small pepperoni w/ Xtra cheese. The lady on the phone asked TWICE if I wanted Xtra pepperoni & I said no- just Xtra cheese. I got there early so I had to wait a few minutes-no big deal. The staff was friendly, the store was clean.....BUT then I get to my car with my pizza & this is what I got😠a burnt ass pice of cardboard, basically. For $13. And it's LAYERED with burnt pepperoni & hardly any cheese. Come on yall...do a lil better than this!!
For nearly 10 years we have been customers here in Lakewood, tonight however was different talked to Manager all worked out Happy. Keep up the good work.

Last several orders have been 45-90 minutes late. The last 2 orders were wrong and the girl working told me she’d give me a refund. Never got the refund, so I reach out to customer service. They were prompt with the first response and told me they’d look into and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago.

Almost always late and cold when it arrives. I’ll hand it to management, they are good at giving discounts or refunds for late or cold pizza. But this is the 4th time in a row. I think we are done giving this location a shot.

I get breadsticks there now and then and tonight they tasted like they were heated in the microwave... they had a rubbery taste and feel to them... I admit when I go there the food is either hit or miss.. sometimes that's great other time to take forever to get it and is lousy... I'm glad a few new sub shops have opened up in the area..

Had a pizza delivered by door dash. The box was not sealed, so I have no way of knowing if the pizza was tampered with. They also didn't include the dressing purchased. Called the store and the manager kept saying that wasn't good, but said I had to reach out through door dash to request a refund and have another pizza delivered. This would require me to pay another tip. I have had other issues ordering from this location in the past (usually with missing items).
Give the manager a raise fantastic job.
