Tonight I ordered delivery. Door dash driver got within a few hundred feet and became lost. How he could be lost when he was two buildings away is beyond. He kept telling me his gps took him to the wrong location. Despite me giving him very specific directions he kept arguing he needed to use another GPS. I kept telling him to forget gps and follow my directions. He disconnected with me and I went back inside. He did finally drop the pizza in my entranceway. I am old. I am physically disabled. I used to deliver for this Donatos and know the definition of good customer service. It is lost on these employees.

your staff working on halloween evening around 5pm-7pm might have been the dumbest, clueless, and least customer-focused i’ve seen. there’s an older women working the drive thru line, her hoarse attitude should take herself right on home with a termination letter.
i ordered a GLUTEN FREE pizza at 5:14pm. I show up at 6:05 for a pickup at 6:17. I heard “we need 15 more minutes, thanks”. Totally fine. I come back thru at 6:35… the lady then says “well it’ll be 20 minutes” I then ask “did you make the pizza yet or can’t find it, just be honest”. The classic, untrained, dumb answer “yeah i don’t know”. At this point, i might as well get a brick wall to bake my pizza. I’ll give the staff credit for one thing: being absolutely clueless and unable to do their job.
Can I give the food zero stars? Because i didn’t even leave with a pizza… or a side salad that I also ordered.
Maybe stop using the excuse “we’re backed up with orders”. Is that your cliche response every time the staff messes up? Wish i had a boat load of excuses when I fail at my job.
As if it’s not obvious enough, yeah i won’t be coming back. And others that are reading this comment (hopefully the manager too), i’d advise choosing a different pizza chain than donatoes. At the very least, avoid this spot.

Love Donato’s Pizza. This location needs to figure out how to simply take a correct order. Doesn’t matter if it is a human, AI voicemail, or online order, they have messed up our last 3 orders for pickup. Particularly frustrating when you have small children waiting in a car. Do better!

Donatos never misses! The pizza is always very good—crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and just the right amount of toppings. Consistently great quality. One of my go-to spots for pizza!

Ordered online pick up big don Italian & cheese bread - mid @ best the bread for the sandwich was extremely hard had to go to the grocery store & buy fresh sub bread ..basically I went home & hooked the sandwich up to my desire …I was not impressed went to dominos to get the real cheesy bread … I will not return & the guy that gave me my food seemed lazy & uninterested asked for mayo stated they don’t carry mayo - very odd for a restaurant but okay 🤔🤔🤔

Came after pickup time plus tip, still got the wrong pizza (x2 time/row). Had to wait which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. Then remake was burnt w/cheese on top of pepp. Seriously, come on, it was like 3 ingredients (dough cheese pepp, no sauce)... how'd you mess it up? Won't be coming back.
