Last several orders have been 45-90 minutes late. The last 2 orders were wrong and the girl working told me she’d give me a refund. Never got the refund, so I reach out to customer service. They were prompt with the first response and told me they’d look into and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago.

Almost always late and cold when it arrives. I’ll hand it to management, they are good at giving discounts or refunds for late or cold pizza. But this is the 4th time in a row. I think we are done giving this location a shot.

I get breadsticks there now and then and tonight they tasted like they were heated in the microwave... they had a rubbery taste and feel to them... I admit when I go there the food is either hit or miss.. sometimes that's great other time to take forever to get it and is lousy... I'm glad a few new sub shops have opened up in the area..

Had a pizza delivered by door dash. The box was not sealed, so I have no way of knowing if the pizza was tampered with. They also didn't include the dressing purchased. Called the store and the manager kept saying that wasn't good, but said I had to reach out through door dash to request a refund and have another pizza delivered. This would require me to pay another tip. I have had other issues ordering from this location in the past (usually with missing items).

Placed my order, call gets outsourced to some call center. That should have been the red flag…it’s been two hours and I still haven’t gotten my order because they use door dash instead of having their own drivers. I’ve ordered pizza from here for over 15 years, the last couple times haven’t been good experiences and I won’t be back

Scheduled a delivery and was never delivered. Apparently if you order delivery from the website they farm it out to door dash. If that's the case they need a better system.

Had Donatos tonight after a very long day of cleaning our basement after a flood. Anyway we thought we'd try it because they have a gluten free option. I ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi. The who process was weird I ordered online and when I checked out - 1 of my pizzas was removed so I had to place 2 orders. - because I was grubby from Cleaning, I opted for the drive thru pick up. So I go to the shop and out in the back parking lot we're 4 men standing - I don't know if I thought they were smoking, or if they actually were....I approached the window and a bell stayed ringing - then one of the guys comes up to my car and asked my name. I told him, he rang me out for order 1, by handing me a little credit card machine, then he went to get my pizza - at this point I put my credit card in and rang myself out - I found it odd that he was no where around and all of a sudden the cash drawer pops open - I mean if I were dishonest I could have reached my arm in and taken the cash drawer - this process happened with both my orders. Then he hands me my pizza and a 20oz (not 2 liter) of Pepsi - since the Pepsi was $3.99 I reminded him that I paid for the 2 liter. So now onto the pizza 1) the gluten free pizza was good, but the edges of the crust was burnt - I mean it was black and crispy. 2) the regular hand tossed pepperoni pizza hand only a handful of pepperoni, certainly NOT edge to edge, the sauce was so sweet and tasted like green peppers. And the middle of the pizza was raw / I ate 2 pieces and tossed the rest of the pizza. The Pepsi was good!!! There are so many pizza places in Lakewood - literally go anywhere else except Primoz and you will be better off.
The place itself is pretty decent. The manager that was training people and running around yelling at his employees was...at least entertaining as a patron. I would not have put up with being treated that way as an employee for 10 minutes. His customer facing interactions were pretty good, but then he would go back behind the door and yell at his employees like it was a sound proof room. The pass through area is wide open and we heard everything he was saying. He rung up our order and walked away while I was running the credit card and it popped the cash drawer open when I was done. It sat there open for probably 10 minutes or so. One employee came up and walked right by it and didn't close it. When Josh finally came back up, he closed it and then proceeded to go back and yell at everyone for the drawer being open when it was him that did it. The whole experience was like dinner and a show. At least the food was what you would expect from Donatos. Great pizza.

This was the worst pizza restaurant in North East ohio! Came to pick up a pizza October 5. Saturday night. Waited for fifteen minutes in the front room at the counter no one greeted me or asked if I can be helped. A lady that works there with curly hair and glasses walked from the kitchen to get soda from the front and doesn't acknowledge anyone standing in line. One guy says he been waiting for his pizza since 7pm. It was about 6 people working in the kitchen. I have never experienced anything like this. Definitely not going back. Save yourself time and peace of mind by going somewhere else to get a pizza!

My son ordered a pizza and selected cash. Informed it would be a 10:35 delivery. At 10:50 I called to check on it for him, they said it would be 15 minutes. At 11:10 he received a text that delivery would be 11:48. It’s It just showed up at 12:15. Cold. And the order was wrong. SMH. Don’t order from this location!
