Place was nice and clean. After we got there it got little busy. We were told that a cookie we wanted wasn't ready and it would be ready in about 12 minutes. Long story short we waited about 30ish minutes. I was not super impressed with the cookies for the price. Rest of the family liked them. I had a brownie and it was too milky to me.

Cookies are always amazing! Ordered cookies for the family tonight and was looking forward to the chocolate lava cake cookie but it wasn’t in the box. I literally just received another delivery with TWO chocolate lava cake cookies! Never any issues before with orders but very glad that even this little oops was resolved quickly and with love! ❤️

Tori at the Lakewood location is a gem. I had an issue with an order that wasn’t delivered. She provided me with helpful information and phone numbers to get my money back. She was patient, friendly and understanding. She even recommended the vegan cotton candy ice cream to me, something I’d probably never try on my own. Well, it’s my new favorite haha!
