Terrible customer service!! The staff was rude from the moment we walked in! First time being there because I wanted to take my cousin who is from Norway to this awesome “metal” “Viking” bar! This bar was neither of those!! Have been in the service industry for over 20 years and have never been to a place with such rude staff!!!
My favorite place in Cleveland. 😍. Plus they have my favorite burger and fries with roasted garlic 🤤🤤🤤
