The food trucks are always delicious and awesome! The bar staff…. yikes. A bunch of different kinds of milkshakes are on the menu, so I ordered a milkshake. It was around 2pm on a weekday and there was one other group in the giant bar area. The servers are all on one end of the bar talking and playing on their phones and don’t notice us for a while. Whatever, I’m not in a rush. Eventually one of them comes over and I ask for a milkshake, and she just looks me up and down, rolls her eyes and goes “Let me see if I can find someone who will make it” and just saunters off to the group of servers. I can’t hear her but she gestured to me and they all become visibly irritated, and one eventually gets up to go presumably make my milkshake. Like I said, it was not busy at all, I just asked for a chocolate shake, I wasn’t rude. Service jobs suck, I get that, but don’t be a jerk when someone asks you to provide a service that you offer. I have talked to other people and they have also gotten attitude when they’ve tried to order milkshakes as well!

I just left truck park in Lakewood. I was with a group of five of my friends. Three of us was three black males and two white males, longtime friends and one white female so I got six people about five to 11 o’clock. We’re outside in the back area at the bar And the young I go to the bar try to order around the young lady with the curly red hair tales me they just closed. They just last call for the bar told me the bar was open, which was fine at the time I got back to my seat and About two minutes later my friend Phil, which was Caucasian goes to the bar and orders him a drink he goes to the outside bar order some him a drink they serve him a drink. He purchased the drink. I didn’t purchase a drink the same way I immediately left, and I am absolutely offended . I’m not gonna immediately call it racism or Anything like that but at the same time I just feel like it’s extremely unacceptable. The optics of the whole thing it’s just really unacceptable and it really put a poor Taste in my mouth.

We recently reserved tables for a "Welcome Drinks with the Bride and Groom" event. Both our local and out-of-town guests LOVED everything about it. Reserving/booking was a breeze. The combination of high tops, picnic tables, and lounge seating accommodated all ages (young kids - elderly grandparents). The event and day of staff were incredible. We had one main drink server dedicated to our party of 60 ish people and she CRUSHED IT.

Visiting Cleveland this past weekend, we loved this place. Lots of outdoor seating, they had picnic tables with umbrellas ad other adirondack chairs available. The waitress was quick to fill our drinks at one of the picnic tables, it wasn't very busy at lunchtime. We wish they had 2-3 more food trucks, as the options they had were just OK. My food was mediocre at best.
