I came across Pachamama on Instagram, looked at their page and decided I had to try it out. The pictures online were great, but they barely do this place justice. I truly had a 5 star meal in the most unexpecting place. In a single standing building on Madison Ave. stands Pachamama Kitchen and Garden, a Spanish style tapas restaurant. I got to share a truly wonderful Valentine's Day dinner at Pachamama with the wife and we were so happy with our experience! The culinary fusion of French and Chilean foods was such a fantastic mashup and everything we had was exquisite. I could have eaten their sopapillas and fresh salsa all day long they were so amazing. Amazing food, service and atmosphere! We started with fresh bread - with marinated red peppers, olives, artichokes and charcuterie. It was a party of six celebrating a birthday and we enjoyed a few glasses of wine and cocktails. We shared a chorizo Mac & cheese, sliders, flatbread and pork belly. Every dish was excellent. Highly recommend for a night out.
