this pizza place is very rude. They do not know how to service as well. I have waited three hours for one pizza and I live not even five minutes away. I have called the store twice with no answer requesting the status on my order because the estimated time on the app has gone up for the last three hours.

Months ago, I ordered and never received the food that was supposed to be delivered. Couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone, so I drove to the store to find the poor young woman who was trying to hold the store together being buried in online orders and several DoorDash drivers waiting for orders because they didn’t have enough drivers. Not their fault, just very poorly managed store. I got a refund and ordered food elsewhere.I thought I would give them another chance today and ordered at 10:30 am figuring it wouldn’t be busy. Same bullcrap. And their corporate customer service can’t process a refund so I had to call and wait for the store to do it while they’re clearly still understaffed. I will never order from Papa John’s again. Not worth your time or frustration.

Had a problem with this location. Placed an order over the phone (horrible system) for pick up. Went at the designated time only to be told that my order had not been started because "someone called and had it moved to later" I never made such call but could clearly see that the ticket was just laying on the counter. Anyways the manager was super rude and made no attempt to make anything better or to take any fault. Fine so I went and sat in my car for 20 minutes to wait. While I waited I filed a formal complaint . Another horrible system...when I go in to pick up my order the same manager starts giving me attitude about the complaint I had just filed. So I'm sure that never got past her to anyone who cares.

I requested well done pizza, Italian zesty thin crust. I got a very doughy pizza ? with very little sauce, wasn't able to finish. My jalapeño looked like it was half eaten then placed in the box!!!!!

Ordered 3 items, traditional wings, boneless and a cheesy bread... Boneless were bone-in and cheesy bread hard and cold. Not going back, don't recommend.
My cheesy bread was hard and I got boneless wings and they gave me bone in will never eat here

Ordered a pizza for lunch and it was left at the doorstep on the ground. Not only do i not eat ground food but i dont eat cold food off the ground... this is by far the most insane thing I've dealt with ordering delivery. While i didnt eat the cold ground pizza this time papa johns has always been meh anyways so its no loss to me that ill never ever even consider ordering from there again.

I am sick and tired of them screwing my order up! Wtong toppings, cutting the pizza in very large and very small wedges, forgetting extras like dipping cups and pepperoncinis, etc! When we ordered directly with Papa John's we sometimes get delivery services in which the food is not hot,teetering on cold!

We were craving a large double cheese pepperoni pizza. That's it. This was the saddest pizza. I wish I took a picture. The dough and crust were cooked perfect but this was not a double cheese pizza! Hardly any cheese or toppings and the middle of the pizza was just dough:( You need to spread those toppings!:)We love your pizza and the garlic sauce. We'll try again.
