Order my Pizza today at 6:15. The delivery man arrived 10 minutes late with the wrong order. He gave my order to the house before me. It is now 7:32ppm and I am starving. I m hoping I get my order sometime tonight :(

This location, through online ordering, stole $63 out of my bank account and both local, online, and corporate customer service all refused to assist me. I generally get a "this or that department will contact you, or is working on a refund" then no reply. When I attempt other solutions or escalation- I get hung up on. It's been 2 months. Assuming I won't sue over $63 must be their form of theft, possibly to save their struggling business.
