The food is decent, but the service is absolutely terrible. They always quote a time and are late by at least 30 minutes. Tonight we ordered delivery & a woman called 30 minutes after placing the order to say that their drivers were all busy and they had to use door dash to deliver and needed me to switch from cash to a card. Not a big deal. I went to ask for the delivery time and she hung up on me. I call back and go through hoops because their customer service isn't in-house....read full review
What has happened to this place? The pizza is just getting worse and worse. “Thrown together” is the phrase that comes to mind. Delivery is horrible. They tell you a time and often are half hour or more late. And that’s only if you call. Have gotten pizza here for years, but the quality and delivery delays are leading me to want a new place.

Used to be really good, but now delivery times are consistently 30+ minutes late, pizza was lukewarm and not even cut on one side. Love Donatos but it’s a shame this one doesn’t seem to have the same quality anymore. Will be ordering from the one in Red Robin in Fairview from now on.
