Used to be really good, but now delivery times are consistently 30+ minutes late, pizza was lukewarm and not even cut on one side. Love Donatos but it’s a shame this one doesn’t seem to have the same quality anymore. Will be ordering from the one in Red Robin in Fairview from now on.

Would give zero if I could. Ordered through the call center for delivery and 20 mins past the quoted time we called to check in and had no record of our order so we got charged for our order and never received anything and the guy did not refund us but rather said we had to call back in the morning for it.

Speaking solely on the quality of the pizza: it’s gone majorly downhill in the last couple of months. Not sure what happened but the pizza is always under cooked and just not good. Major bummer as I love Donatos and it’s usually my go-to!

The food is decent, but the service is absolutely terrible. They always quote a time and are late by at least 30 minutes. Tonight we ordered delivery & a woman called 30 minutes after placing the order to say that their drivers were all busy and they had to use door dash to deliver and needed me to switch from cash to a card. Not a big deal. I went to ask for the delivery time and she hung up on me. I call back and go through hoops because their customer service isn't in-house. Finally get the where they were super rude and then said the delivery was going to be 45 minutes later than the originally quoted time.
Every time I order from there, there is an issue...every time. "Well don't order from there!" I don't for about a year, then give it a chance, and to my complete shock, the orders are incorrect again. It boggles my mind. Hope you don't want something pie cut here! Don't be fooled by their "crust to crust toppings" either. Apparently that means sparsely scattered. Pizza arrives cold too. Like what???Cherry on top? They give you an exact time your pizza is supposed to arrive. Idk who thought that was a good idea since life happens and things change, but if you want to wait around an extra 20 minutes past the time they give you, then you'll love ordering from this place. Plenty of other (actually good) pizza joints in Lakewood, spare yourself the joyous ordering experience here.

What has happened to this place? The pizza is just getting worse and worse. “Thrown together” is the phrase that comes to mind. Delivery is horrible. They tell you a time and often are half hour or more late. And that’s only if you call. Have gotten pizza here for years, but the quality and delivery delays are leading me to want a new place.

I had called and ordered delivery on my girlfriend's birthday the day after Christmas. The pizza was never delivered, but they told me it was. Could not even get a refund, had to take a store credit instead. Fast forward to January 1st. We use our store credit for an even more "simple" order. I am typing this while I'm still waiting for food to arrive. It has been 2 hours since I ordered.
