The green juice I ordered tasted like literal water so I asked for a new drink and was met with an attitude (even tho I said thank you, no response) and even after the second drink it just wasn’t good. This chain definitely doesn’t use quality ingredients

We ordered smoothies last week and they were less than stellar. We've never had an issue, but I left my feedback for thr store. The owner was very kind and told me to let him know when I could pick up a new order and said how sorry they were. We picked them up today and they were delish and perfect! Sometimes things happen, and they took care of this in the best way possible, which I appreciate greatly! We will be back, because the smoothies are great, employees are friendly and the owner very kind to apologize for the issue and make it right!

4 out of 5 times they mess up your order, and they boy behind taking orders who messes them up is very rude and refuses to fix their mistakes.

Smoothies are $12? And ONE PIECE OF TOAST is $8?! Never coming here again. Go to pulp, much more friendly, better tasting and affordable!

Acai Bowl was great, good flavors and quantity.

If I were to get it again, I would opt or try for more granola (a bit more calories) as only a small amount is added so you lose that texture 1/3 into the bowl.

I had good experience everytime I went to the Lakewood location but today it was very disappointing. I took my boyfriend for the first time to try the smoothies. Unfortunately he did not like it and wanted to get something else instead. They called the owner and they would not return the smoothie and remake another one. I work myself customer service and I would do anything to make my customers happy so they can come back. No need to reply.

I am absolutely addicted to the acai bowls. I Doordash like 8 a day. One day I will stop in with gift cards for the crew but I have been extremely busy betting on sports. ROBEKS FOR LIFE! THANK YOU!

The store smelled worse than a garbage can, the most pungent rotten produce smell. Only one person working. I stood there 10 mins without being waited on. Only one other customer in the store, who walked in behind me. Worker was busy preparing an online order. I walked out.. Going to Pulp instead!

Five Stars! extremely friendly employees that served with a smile. Ayla and Kylee freshened my day with their fantastic smoothie and delicious peanut butter and banana toast in addition to their amazing service, I can’t recommend Robeks enough

I really love Robeks and their offerings. I would go more often if their locations were closer to where I live but maybe saturation wouldn't be a good thing. Staff is on point, smoothies are delicious and the venues are clean. What else do you need? A+

Everytime I go in the service is great. I wanted recommendations for healthy smoothies and the worker was more than willing to help me find exactly what I wanted! As soon as I had the avocado toast I was sold! There is definitely an option for everyone and I would highly recommend the nuts about protein if you like peanut butter!

Terrible service. I walked in at about 7:20 the only customer. The worker said hi and then proceeded to continue to work on an online order. I questioned if they were open as the sign says 7am and she just showed me the receipt for the order but continued to work on that and ignore me. I wanted one smoothie and was the only one there. Waited 10 minutes then left
