This establishment deserves a 5-star rating. My family always has great service here. The staff are very friendly and professional, the smoothies are absolutely scrumptious, and their location is very clean. The Robeks app is GREAT for ordering products from the Robeks menu. If you haven't downloaded the Robeks app, give it a shot. It even asks you the location where you want to pick your order up from. Keep up the great work, Robeks Lakewood!! We will be returning for certain.

The store worker was on her phone talking loudly the entire time on a personal call. One hand on phone the entire time. My order could have been completed in half the time if she weren’t. Very unprofessional.

I’ve tried to order from this Lakewood location several times on Uber Eats and every time I do, the order is canceled by Robeks. I’ve called the location to make sure they are accepting orders for delivery and was told yes. 5 minutes after I hung to with the gentleman who answered, I re-placed my order and again it was cancelled. Very disappointed, especially because that takes money out of your own business’s profits.

Nice young woman serviced me! Made my bowl so cute had to post ! My go to is the strawnana açaí bowl.

Best smoothies in Lakewood and fastest service!

Stopped in to grab my fiancé a smoothie for dinner, Pradip was very friendly at the register and Avery made an incredible smoothie

The green juice I ordered tasted like literal water so I asked for a new drink and was met with an attitude (even tho I said thank you, no response) and even after the second drink it just wasn’t good. This chain definitely doesn’t use quality ingredients

We ordered smoothies last week and they were less than stellar. We've never had an issue, but I left my feedback for thr store. The owner was very kind and told me to let him know when I could pick up a new order and said how sorry they were. We picked them up today and they were delish and perfect! Sometimes things happen, and they took care of this in the best way possible, which I appreciate greatly! We will be back, because the smoothies are great, employees are friendly and the owner very kind to apologize for the issue and make it right!

4 out of 5 times they mess up your order, and they boy behind taking orders who messes them up is very rude and refuses to fix their mistakes.

Smoothies are $12? And ONE PIECE OF TOAST is $8?! Never coming here again. Go to pulp, much more friendly, better tasting and affordable!

Acai Bowl was great, good flavors and quantity.

If I were to get it again, I would opt or try for more granola (a bit more calories) as only a small amount is added so you lose that texture 1/3 into the bowl.

I had good experience everytime I went to the Lakewood location but today it was very disappointing. I took my boyfriend for the first time to try the smoothies. Unfortunately he did not like it and wanted to get something else instead. They called the owner and they would not return the smoothie and remake another one. I work myself customer service and I would do anything to make my customers happy so they can come back. No need to reply.
