When its good its delicious but this location is quite inconsistent!

My bagel is so messy and covered in avocado and hummus. I don’t know how Im supposed to eat it without making a mess. Seems rushed and uncared for which is a shame. Hope whoever made it has a nice day and feels better.

The bagel is also undercooked and doughy.

My fav on the go breakfast in cle! Yummy food and friendly staff ♥️ I felt moved to leave a review because these oatmeal chocolate cranberry walnut cookies at the counter over this weekend are THE BOMB. So happy to have a Lakewood location yall are the best!

This has certainly become my favorite bagel place. The bagels are spectacular.The service is incredible.The whole experience is just awesome. If you wanna start your morning right this is where it begins.

I love the original location so much but it’s a little far from me. I decided to satisfy my craving by ordering doordash for this location. I am not sure if they changed how they make the rosemary bagels at this location but it was definitely different than I’ve had in the past. This thing was caked it rosemary but had zero sea salt. It was pretty over powering. Also not sure the bagel was fresh it didn't have that nice crunch I’m used to and was dense. Wish I had ordered a different flavor because for the outrageous doordash pricing it simply wasn’t worth it today.

These are worth the drive no matter where you live. Excellent quality, taste, texture. From scratch, fresh ingredients, totally satisfying. Whenever friends are in from out of town, this is the most requested spot!

Service is rude and they refuse to take call in orders even when they don't have any customers waiting in line... They stated that a third party app like Uber eats or door dashed could be used and pay the extra charges for the order just to pick it up! I explained my agitation to this point and was treated very rudely by the woman who said that she was the proprietor of the Cleveland Bagel Cafe... This explains why the staff can feel like they are welcome to acted rudely and have a attitude with other customers, monkey see monkey do!

Bagels are great, drinks are good. It might be just a preference thing, but they tend to over-pepper the eggs. Again, perhaps most people enjoy it that way, but in my opinion they are a little heavy-handed on the shaker. See you guys next time:)
