I eat here often, the food is great. Service is also generally good... I did notify them however there was no soap in the men's room so I couldn't wash my hands before I ate. It was ignored
Every location I've been to is the absolute bomb these are the best cheesesteaks in Columbus if not the best in Ohio. It's a wonder they haven't blown up more than they have. I remember when they was a little Philly shop inside a gas station on E.broad and my buddy turned me on to half his sandwich and I've loved them ever since their fries are also great. Now they need one in heath or Newark!

Sandwiches are Always delish, but I live far enough away that I have to warm it up when I get home. In store, food is a 10.
Had a coupon for free lemonade w/purchase over $8. Told her I did NOT want combo, just sammy, reg philly $9.99 and free drink. At window she said $12+. I said again - no fries.
I got fries, drink, sammy for $9.99. 😃
