I frequent this DQ often and tonight everything was so salty I had to throw half of it away. I called and let someone know but since no offer was made to rectify the issue I will only purchase ice cream products from here on out.

I won’t complain because they were offering $1.99 for any size cone and the service was great. On the other hand…do you see how small this large cone is next to the small cone? If this was regular price, I would have walked out and driver down to Gypsy Joe’s. I’m just sayin

Went to the fair ave drive thru on 9/27/24 8:07:24 pm and stated 3 times that I wanted a small butterfinger blizzard with heath added. Got home and had a small blizzard container with vanilla ice cream with a few colorful pieces of something. Put in the the freezer since I didn't want to go that night. Went back with the blizzard on 9/30/24 and couldn't get it replaced because I didn't know the policy of calling the same night to complain. The manager on that evening would not replace a blizzard that I brought back and was a total snot about it. All for $5 blizzard. So I just donated that money i guess. Customer service right? Look at your food before you leave the window. Have your receipt in hand and call that same day to tell them before asking them to replace anything if you go to fair ave dq in lancaster!!!!!
what happened to your chicken??? I'm getting flat pieces of crust I pay 25+ for 2 meals and shakes unacceptable for what you charge. this has been at least 5 times. I should clarify im talking of main street, just seen someone sayb this was fair

Got the wrong order in drive through was told bring back receipt after I had gotten home or there was nothing they could do meaning the rest of my food would be cold by the time I did that, asked if there was another way which they've done before and she lies to me and says no. Which is a blatant lie they've taken my name before for food they've messed up multiple other times. Manager was a total snob. 9/9/24 Closing Manager should learn how to talk to customers. Terrible Service.
