The Fair Ave. DQ in Lancaster, OH is as good as it gets and better than most fast food restaurants. I have never been disappointed with this location. The food, staff, cleanliness, and service is top notch.

The review below by Rebecca I believe is in reference to Kim(manager?). I had the same experience just tonight. She made sure the toppings on my fish sandwich were what I wanted, let me know it would be a few minutes to make, and made sure I got the sauce I wanted for the cheese curds. She was so polite and smiled the whole time. Amazing!

Oh my goodness, I have never been to any DQ, or maybe any drive thru that has such a kind and sincere person at the window and taking orders. I am so upset that I forgot her name. The service was top notch, the ice cream was yummy and I will definitely be back. You are definitely lucky to have such a great staff. My only complaint is that the order menu is hard to read because it looks like something was smeared across it. Thankfully, I knew what I wanted.

it's one of the best places Lancaster has to go get some food
I frequent this DQ often and tonight everything was so salty I had to throw half of it away. I called and let someone know but since no offer was made to rectify the issue I will only purchase ice cream products from here on out.
Would recommend to change the hours online, says drive through open till 11 yet when you are in the drive through at 10 speaker says they are closed, Has happened more then once.

I won’t complain because they were offering $1.99 for any size cone and the service was great. On the other hand…do you see how small this large cone is next to the small cone? If this was regular price, I would have walked out and driver down to Gypsy Joe’s. I’m just sayin
