The Fair Ave. DQ in Lancaster, OH is as good as it gets and better than most fast food restaurants. I have never been disappointed with this location. The food, staff, cleanliness, and service is top notch.
The review below by Rebecca I believe is in reference to Kim(manager?). I had the same experience just tonight. She made sure the toppings on my fish sandwich were what I wanted, let me know it would be a few minutes to make, and made sure I got the sauce I wanted for the cheese curds. She was so polite and smiled the whole time. Amazing!
Oh my goodness, I have never been to any DQ, or maybe any drive thru that has such a kind and sincere person at the window and taking orders. I am so upset that I forgot her name.
The service was top notch, the ice cream was yummy and I will definitely be back. You are definitely lucky to have such a great staff.
My only complaint is that the order menu is hard to read because it looks like something was smeared across it. Thankfully, I knew what I wanted.
