Sat for ten minutes before being waited on, then another 25 minutes to get 2 burgers, waitress was absent for most of our time in the restaurant. So sad that service is nonexistent anymore
The restaurant was a bit dingy, worn floor, carpet, booths and tables. The place wasn't particularly clean. Food was o.k. Frankly, this place is an insult to the now closed Max and Erma's in German Village.
Had a family Christmas get together (party of 8) Tuesday Dec 23 at Max and Ermas Lancaster. I want to say my food was great as were the kids meals and my wife seemed to enjoy her Great American Burger! The complaints I had were less about the food but rather the attentiveness in the service. We left what was over $20 tip on a $102 ticket so the waitress was more than compensated.
