Max at the Lancaster cafe is very nice, understanding & very great with making sure his customers is satisfied & getting the service they deserve!! When I had A problem with delivery WHICH IS THROUGH DOORDASH! He made sure that the issue was fixed & very quickly!!! Thank you so much, and the food is DELICIOUS & location is very clean!

The salads were drowning in dressing so we couldn’t eat them! Awful! $40 for two meals and $3.99 for a large tea is ridiculous. The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. I’ve seen cleaner restrooms in the desert. Gross. Never be back.

Great experience. Today was black Friday and they were very busy. But our food was prepared quickly (for as busy as they were). It was delicious, hot, and a good value. I haven't had the best experiences at Panera in the past couple of years but decided to take a chance to get healthier food. Glad we did. It turned my opinion around.

Half a sandwich is expensive but I would be ok with paying it if there was enough tuna salad to actually taste it! C'mon guys, at least put enough filling on the sandwich to justify the cost. This has happened repeatedly. Fail!!

This is among the most unclean places I've come across in a while. I found it necessary to file a complaint with the health department due to the conditions. The employees tend to gather and engage in loud conversations, with no effort put into cleaning. The carpets are sticky, and filth seems to be pervasive. Dining here poses a risk, and I sincerely hope Panera Corporate takes notice of this, as it falls far below their usual standards. I am deeply concerned about the unseen filth when the visible areas are already so dirty.
