The service was great from an engagement standpoint ... Almost all of the tables were dirty and none were cleaned the whole time we were there (approximately 2.5 hours). Food is good but way too expensive for what you get.
First time customer. OMG their food is good. Pricey but good. First time I've ever had a souffle - it's like an open faced breakfast pot pie - and I'm glad the experience was here where it is so good. Will most likely visit again. And again and again and again.

Great experience. Today was black Friday and they were very busy. But our food was prepared quickly (for as busy as they were). It was delicious, hot, and a good value. I haven't had the best experiences at Panera in the past couple of years but decided to take a chance to get healthier food. Glad we did. It turned my opinion around.
